I like KCP. I don’t know if this is what I hoped for as our main signing with all the cap space in addressing needs. We’ve let a lot of stars walk due to not building winning team around them.

Internal improvements are preferable
The development of the core is the most important part… free agency wasn’t about finding a 1 or 2 option it was about finding complimentary pieces… we added an upgrade to our start SG and depth with Tristan… A healthy WCJ and Isaac will look to have a bounce back season… AB, Suggs, Franz, Cole will all look to improve and Paolo will take another step towards being a MVP caliber player… it takes time. Enjoy the process

All this lead guard talk and AB dosnt seem to be an option or have the opportunity to show he can fill the role
AB has gotta go. I don’t see him becoming much in this league unfortunately. I didn’t hate him or anything. I just don’t see a spot for him on this team. The core that needs to stay is Banchero, Suggs. Issac, both Wagners, KCP, and Cole Anthony. I wouldn’t trade any of those guys.
@@dereksmith2828he showed everything he needed to as a 19 year old rookie... He will improve, and is the future starting point guard... I watched him all year... Kid is smart, makes the right play, and shot 39% from 3... He needs to make his midrange and he is exactly what we need

KCP deal is looking like a real bargain, given all of these other contracts, and now with Hartenstein off the market, the Magic need to quickly resign Mo Wagner but now I'm wondering what he will command. The Magic may regret letting him become a Free Agent.
That would be a bargain… Scottie got 5/225 potentially 270 with incentives… we would be lucky to get Franz for 5/200 and Suggs for 4/90
I never even seen a video anywhere on RUclips or any media that kcp would be a player Magic would sign. This was a blind-sided signing for me.

@@StephenCapak yeah too much secrecy. That’s why we never get any media coverage to hype up Magic from espn or other sports media outlet. I remember we blew out the Nuggets no coverage. We will see how it goes
Like the KCP signing, not sure if it would be possible but would love to see if we could get Boston’s JD Davidson on a 2 way deal, he can be a great future point guard.

I don't see how you guys are calling the Rich Paul stuff gross, when 1 teams only wanted Bronny for his father which itself is gross, and two agents always do this, but you just don't hear about it. I will say the way the media throw it all at us is annoying and can leave a bitter taste in some mouth, but I for one don't really mind the whole situation. Alex Sarr literally just did this with Atlanta, but no one has a problem with it, but when it has something to do with LeBron people always wanna have an opinion. If it bother you guys at all just mute LeBron and Rich Paul on X/Twitter and you will never have to know about it

Not the sexiest pickup but solid. At least we didn’t commit our future to a 34 or 35 year old. I think we will make a consolidation trade now and we are able to take back money. Potentially moving WCJ or Cole
Id rather overpay for a 20+ point scorer then overpay for someone who averaged 10 points last year

Yea I’d be cautious on significant extensions for both Suggs and Franz at this point - need a QUANTUM LEAP of consistency from both…

Immanuel Quickley just got 5 for $175. If I'm Suggs, no way I sign for less than him willingly. If it came down to it, he could just go to restricted free agency and test his market value.
