What's that 1200
Sir EMI 11376.
👏👍
The emi amount for 5 lakhs with 13 interest and 60 months tenure is 11,376.539
Correct answer ✔👍👏
Brother why we use default value 1200
It is a conversion value, used to convert annual interest rate into monthly interest rate. E.g. for 10% annual interest rate, Monthly interest rate = 10%/12 = (10/100)/12 = 10/1200 = 0.008333.

Correct answer ✔👍👏
Sir 1200 epdi vanthathu
Percentage'la irukura annual interest rate'a monthly interest rate'a maatha first 12 divide pannanum aprom percent symbol cancel panna 100 divide pannanum. So 1200 (12x100) use panrom.
Eg: 12% annual interest rate
12%/12 = 1% monthly interest rate (percentage)
12%/1200 = 0.01 monthly interest rate (number)
Yow தெளிவா சொல்லு.வுணக்கே sollikirinka அதுக்கு என் வீடியோ potrunke...
11376👏👏👏
Why divided by 1200 please prove
It helps to convert annual interest rate into monthly interest rate (divide by 12). And to convert percentage into a value (divide by 100). Combine these two, you get divide by 1200.
Example:
Annual interest rate = *12%*
Monthly interest rate (in %) = (12% ÷12) = *1%*
Monthly interest rate (in value) = 1% = (1 ÷100) = *0.01*
You can do this in single step:
*12% ÷1200 = 0.01*(monthly interest rate)
