நான் வாங்க போகும் கடன் தொகையை முழுவதும் பெறாமல் இப்படி பகுதி பகுதியாக பெரும் போது ஒரு கட்டத்தில் இதுவே போதுமானது என எண்ணினால் அதுவரை மட்டும் பெற்ற தொகையை நான் என் முழுக்கடனாக மாற்றிக் கொண்டு அதற்கான வட்டி மற்றும் அசல் ஆகியவற்றை செலுத்த முடியுமா?
இதற்கு தாங்கள் விரிவான விளக்கம் தருமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.
முடியும், வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது. நிர்ணயக்கப்பட்ட கடன் தொகையை விட கடன் தொகையை குறைத்து கொள்ள வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் இது வங்கியின் நிபந்தணைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டவையாக இருக்க வேண்டும். ஏற்கனவே முழுத்தொகை sanction செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தால், எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக வங்கி மேலாளரிடம் விண்ணப்பித்து கடன் தொகையை குறைத்து கொள்ள அணுகலாம். மேலும், நிபந்தணைகளானவை வங்கிக்குவங்கி மாறுபடலாம்.
