No offense I’m Colombian but I was primarily raised in the states. You are correct about using phones in the dangerous sectors in bogota. It depends on what sector of course places like ciudad Bolivar, Kennedy, USME, Bosa etc. however the northern districts people are always in public using their phones. Moreover, everyone in Colombia and especially in bogota are not poor. People do have modern and up to date in iPhones. Lol However you are also correct celular theft is a big problem. No doubt that I do agree with you

Never said they were poor bro lol just said it’s not common seeing expensive phones, when I was in Riohacha I barely seen iPhones. I know since bogota is the business capital people are more likely to have money which could translate to nicer electronics. I stayed in chapinero and la candeleria so I never seen the northern districts, unless chapinero is considered the north. Thanks for watching!

@@FutureFlyness Chapinero and la candelaria are popular tourist sectors. These districts are flooded with tourists and the reality is tourists attract criminals. Moreover these sectors are not the safest especially at night. El Chico, Usaquen and etc you will see plenty of people walking around on celular phones. However, again I do agree stealing phones are in fact a big problem in Colombia.
