question, my key was spinning so much it became unable to crank the car. my tumbler was broken trying to take it out. what do i need to replace just the tumbler and the steering column housing? And since its a chip cants i just take the chip from my old key and put in new one?

How did you remove that small C ring from the grove. You didn’t show how you got it off.
