Just imagine someone as dark as me getting 100 shades darker. I have a natural "outtie" belly button so imagine how protruded it was when I got really big. Rice was also the only thing I could bear to eat. I hated any meat and plantain too. Seems we had similar symptoms. Pregnancy will humble you. Partner support cannot be over emphasised. All 3 are csection babies..but i labored 21 hrs w my 1st daughter. The rest were scheduled! Lol. You can do it. I suggest a belly band for comfort of your back. They sell them online. & a body pillow is life! Going to watch previous videos as well! Glad you were recommended by YT! PS you look beautiful regardless of your skin changing. Babies change us. My face broke out at almost 38yrs old w my last baby. I understand! I was glad I didn't have an outtie lol. It will go back..so funny you mentioned the meat thing. W BOTH my girls I would think about it & get sick too. Lol so strange isnt it? For heartburn honestly chocolate milk worked for me. Idk why? Just did!! I ate the heck out of Tums aka antacid meds and nothing but chocolate milk worked? A friend at work told me to try it & I was amazed! Can't wait to see more! Xoxo
