Mounted lesson - post to trot at walk and trot

Disclaimer. I am a veteran who gives lessons at Dream Catcher stables to children and adults with disabilities and I teach them horsemanship and how to ride properly. In this lesson each rider is capable of trotting however for a few it has been a long time and have to work our way up to that and the other is still learning her balance at a trot.
