Go into it by right clicking and then clicking run as admin. Then type sfc /SCANNOW This is a windows safety feature. Command prompt or any program that alters key features ect ect must be opened in admin this way

@@mandarwankhade3451 I had no choice, I accepted they deleting the compromised account. I had to start a brand new account and loss any software I had purchased from Microsoft. I have also purchased the Norton utilities service. I do not know what else to do. Thanks for asking.
Hi. hope you reply to this message. my issue is after 5 to 15 minutes of restarting my Pc, there is a sudden audio playing from my PC from a different source, (all of my tabs are closed and no apps running) the first audio is YT local commercial so somehow it's in the same country. then it i will transition to the user mic. so i hear movements, discussion, keyboard typing, etc. it will go on for at least 3mins. the one that surprised me is when he played the music that i play in YT. your advice will help a lot i want to disable and permanently remove him from my account.

What I notice though because the hacker was trying to transfer my bank account money to his own, he changed my password on my pay pal but in my case I had fingerprint login setup too. So I was able to get back in and reset my password and account despite that. But my suggestion being, having biometric login as a redundancy as well as general password helps with getting your account back when a hacker tries to block you out by changing your account password.

Hello I went gaming. The game didn't require much from the processor, fan, cooling, and the hardware. If such things ever happened turn your network connection off permanently and perform reset cuz in that case if you try to back up the files the virus or malware make copies of itself and affect your other files too

You must enter safe mode with networking in order to access the internet in a safe mode
