Nice campsites near the lake. Reminds me of afew places I've camped in west virginia and Alabama. Been camping in the smoky mountains here the last few years. Love the video! The wife would love that lake! Im in the market for a new camper to pull behind me on the open road.
Hello! After I saw your video I booked in site 030… i hope it is next to your D30-31… i love the view from your video. My first time camping! Pray for the best! I love that water view and able to walk up to it!
Hi Amanda. Honestly, many of the sites at that campground are great. With the increased number of people RVing, it may be best to take what you can get. Options are going to be slim in 2021.
I really like that floorplan. I think that's I should have probably gone with. The bunkhouse I have is so long that it limits the spots available to us.
Go Together Go Far yea ours is 30 feet and there haven’t been too many sites that we’ve been limited by. Though some of the National Parks are challenging but largely we’ve been okay. We love the bunk even though we only have one kiddo. Super handy for cousins and friends.
We only camp here once a year for the "Friends of Nolin" lake clean up. Being a COE campground, it is nice. However, it gets noisy on weekends. We have been here before when people are up VERY late at night partying and drinking. Not supposed to be any alcoholic beverages at COE campgrounds, but, we all know that this rule is NEVER enforced. And here at Moutardier camp ground, the host does not ride around at night after quiet hours and tell these rowdy, rude idiots to quiet down. There are a couple of the COE campgrounds that we will no longer camp at because of the drunk loudmouths keeping people awake until 2 or 3 in the morning! This campground, and Barren River lake Tailwaters are two of THE worst for drunks and loud morons! If only the campground host would do their job, and the park rangers and sheriff/deputies that occasionally drive through would drive through with their windows down. They would hear the people who are being obnoxious!
@@GoTogetherGoFar What time of the year were you camping here? That might have something to do with the partying. If it’s close to a holiday or on a weekend, there may be more partying than at other times (?).🤔

My Dad laid block and glazed tile on these bath houses, around 1970. Looks like they have held up very well!
@@markrenfrow9873 LOL. Really! That's awesome! The whole place is well taken care of.

Nice area. Great rig! We have the 27DBUD and love it 👍. Turkey vultures are legit.

Which campground is this?

That stinks that you had that experience. I guess we've been lucky. Or maybe we were just the ones making the noise... ha.

We’re going to Nolan lake in three days
You're going to love it!
It’s pronounced Moot-a-deer or Moody Deer :)
Lol! Thank you!
What’s the name of this campground again ?
Moutardier Campground. Its great.
Nice video. However, you might want to pronounce the name correctly...it’s pronounced moody deer by the locals.
LOL! Thanks Susan! I was never super sure I was pronouncing it just right.
moo-tuh-DEER
