This is what I think: preheat to 120 -> put tray in, keep oven open and keep temp at 120 for 2 mins -> close oven then set to 140 for 13 mins -> turn off oven, open oven and keep tray in for another 2 mins
She uses the trays that come with the UNOX oven. The oven she uses has been upgraded and you can find it here: www.unox.com/en_fi/ovens/bakerlux-shoppro-master-xeft-04hs-emrv/ The oven comes with 4 baking trays :) I bought that oven but the downside is that you have to keep the door closed so that the oven can function.
Hey can someone please help me? I made macarons yesterday with a buttercream. After putting them in the fridge, they are stone hard when taking out the fridge (the filling) and when i leave them at room temperature the filling melts off😭😭 heeeeeeelp
I think that you may need to whip your buttercream up more. Or if your in a hot place try keeping them in the shade and keep them as cool as possible 💗

Have been weeks trying to understand how can she get the oven to the “2nd heating” to 120c with open door 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫
She closes the door and then sets the temperature to the 2nd heating. She only opens the door for the oven drying. I hope this helps.
