If you have one of the following, most places are going to let you buy proline. 1) PGI Shooter's Course Certificate (probably the most common one) 2) Training from a pro company (call up your local display company and ask if they have an annual training you can attend. They are usually held in Spring though). 3) State shooter's license. 4) ATF Type 54 5) Some places will accept a pyro club membership. The 62mm single shots are more symmetrical breaks, like you would find on a 3" NOAB. If you wanted the height, break, and symmetry of a NOAB, but wanted more control for a better price, those are the way to go.
62mm still have 60 grams comp. But they are a more symmetrical break. They also go higher than canister shells.
