Well, the Infiniti didn't stay on the scene of the pedestrian involved accident, as required. So it's a crime. The people who have crime done to them are typically referred to as, you might have guessed it, "victims" when being discussed by the media.

The fact that the spectators failed to call EMS over a possible life-threatening impact is disturbing. At that point, even moving her could cause an injury to become worse.
The driver, instead of being a responsible individual, fled the scene, instead of holding his accountable. I hope the driver turns himself in. Will that happen? No.
At those takeovers it’s a lot of illegal shit going on. Pretty sure much drug use and drug possession. Maybe alcohol too. It’s all fun and games until shit like that happens. Usually want people hit bystanders they don’t check on them they just leave. Messed up world.

Without the ‘victim’, the police could still charge the driver with reckless driving, hit & run, and more.
The ‘so-called victim’ is much easier to identify, since her face was shown. And, she’ll probably need professional medical care, if she’s not dead (which, would be difficult to cover-up). So, figuring out who she is won’t be as hard as the driver.
