Ours is an Axiom rack. Buying a rack for a child bike seat is tricky because child bike seat manufacturers will not tell you which racks are compatible… Why not? Because the rack manufacturers don’t want the liability and won’t say that their racks are compatible with child bike seats. It’s a bit crazy. We have been successful with just ensuring that the racks we use have appropriate weight limits to include the seat and the child.
@@Twowheelingtotsbikes Thank you! Yes, its been very frustrating finding the right rack for this Thule child seat. Although Thule has their own rack on their webpage, but I saw bad reviews on it, mainly due to difficult installation and missing parts.

We have not tried any bike seats on foldable bicycles. We recommend reaching out to the bike manufacturer for their opinion on safety and fit.

my city cruiser already has a rack on it. Will that work for a rear rack mount toddler seat?
Quite possibly! So you know the weight capacity of the rack?
For mid mounted seat. How much distance from handle to seat tube do I need? Or is it 20” the same with front mounted?
This will depend on the seat. Which one are you looking at?
