To own a Villa with indoor & outdoor pools, plunge pool, hot tub, sauna, hammam, cinema room, gym, massage room for 2, salon room, garage that can be viewed from 2 sides, etc and many of the rooms have those GORGEOUS Views - This is why the La Costa area is so popular and the asking prices have reflected that demand. This villa looks great, but I don't like that it doesn't have the lift and tv's in all rooms are too small and they are positioned on the wall lil' bit into an unnatural viewing position and some corridors there look a little claustrophobic, specially one in the basement. The villa of this price should have also the game room with a bar, billiard and poker table and there is too little greenery and the garden is small!

I really don't understand these all people who come to look at the house and take pictures of the details with their cameras, and they themselves know that they won't buy it, because 98% of these people in the video don't even have 3% of the money price for this kind of villa! I think that these are the people who like to be seen in the frame at such presentations, as well as in Monaco, who pretend to be rich!
@@zimmer.estates I totally agreed with you, but my opinion is that a real buyer never will come to be seen in a real estate report or video. The real buyer with a lot of money on his account always likes to remain anonymous!
