Wow, The Collection Camoján looks incredible! I’m really impressed by the elegance and attention to detail in this development. Versace’s touch definitely adds an extra level of sophistication. The location in Cascada de Camoján is perfect, and I can already imagine how amazing it would be to live there.

In this condition this house isn't worth more than €1.8 million, especially in Estepona. Maybe, it would be worth €3.8 million after a complete renovation. Btw. this isn't Sierra Blanca or Zagaleta that it would be worth €7.5 million. The owner is totally crazy, he lost the compass. P. S. Dico, my friend, when you say the word 'island' in English, it's not pronounced 'ajsland or ajzland', it's pronounced 'ajland' and when you say the brand 'Gaggenau', it's pronounced as 'Gagenau', not 'Gegenu or Gegenau'.

I love the Interior Design and location, including Sea Views of the Sea in Golden Mile. Apart of that you have the security of 24hs gated community. Marbella is Paradise, and the GOLDEN MILE is the filet mignon of the Costa del Sol´s Paradise!

This VILLA on the Golden Mile has an incredible location, close to the Puente Romano Beach Club, known for its high-quality restaurants and bars. The house is very open and well-decorated, with a cozy garden space that is perfect for relaxing. However, at 8.3 million euros, I still think the price is a bit high, even considering the prime location. Despite this, it’s a great place to consider living.

Ill be honest, i dont like it. 😔 It feels far too much like a small boutique hotel than a home. And that price tag is frankly ludicrous. Somewhere in the region of what? €14,000 a square metre? 😂 There is simply zero value around the Marbella area. None. Id rather look a bit further north and get a villa 5 times the size for similar money.

Pedro Peña designed villa Shiro in Marbella in few years ago, and in less than a year, the owner should have redone the facade on the villa which he paid around 8 million euros, because of the poor and cheap material used for the facade! I don't like, why designers decide how big a tv to put on the wall! They cut the niche for the tv according to their wishes, but don't make the wall wide enough and don't leave room for the future owner to choose the size of tv that suits him! Also, they install appliances in the kitchen according to their wishes, install sanitaries and sanitary materials in the bathrooms according to their wishes, choose furniture according to their wishes and in the end someone has to buy it, pay for it and do everything from the beginning! This is not about the satisfaction of the client, the future owner, the customer, let's call it what we want, but it is about a live race on the market, who will earn more with minimal investment. Every product has a customer, but every seller also praises his product the most and thinks that his is the best! Sellers should first calm their emotions and get down to earth and ask for what the property is really worth! Be rational and realistic! Without inflating prices and dreaming of easy millions! If designers were more focused on the wishes of customers, and not following trends in the world, better quality buildings would be made. Everyone wants to be Zaha Hadid, that's the problem with today's architects! She is one in a million! It's the same, let's say, there are and have been many good footballers or boxers in the world, but one is Pele and one is Mohammad Ali! P. S. If we talk about the price of this property, it is not worth the money. Inflation has led to an enormous increase in the price of everything, where various things have reached a price that isn't even worth a third of the price they carry today! In this house there is no more than a maximum of 500K euros worth of all things in the house, maybe, 300K euros, if we are realistic, furniture, appliances, materials, etc. I don't know how much the construction is per m2, nor the price of the land per m2, and in final, everything in total with the furniture didn't cost more than 2.5 million! For the price of 8.3 million I'd build 4500 m2 of space with total privacy indoor/outdoor pool, gym, spa, cinema, with complete furniture, everything. And with quality, not with poor Chinese products! This is for the sheep! As the old proverb says, while there are sheep, there will be wool!
