In this condition this house isn't worth more than €1.8 million, especially in Estepona. Maybe, it would be worth €3.8 million after a complete renovation. Btw. this isn't Sierra Blanca or Zagaleta that it would be worth €7.5 million. The owner is totally crazy, he lost the compass. P. S.
