As you say, the basement is not one of the best and not because of space or quality of materials (which it does have both), but because the use of some areas is very diffuse and the worst thing... you can no longer make presentations of empty rooms.

I like this villa, but I don't like that you bring so many people who bring their friends, children, to enter in villa and look at it, touch the furniture, use the toilet, sit on the sofas, walk everywhere. This villa isn't a restaurant where people come to eat, it's not a bar where they come to drink, and it's not a kindergarten for their children to bring. This villa doesn't cost 1 euro, it costs almost 13 million euros! The company that sells this villa isn't serious, they allow anyone to come to the villa. They need to raise the sales and reputation of the company to a high level! You have money, you can come and look at the villa, you don't have money, you can't come and look and touch the furniture! And one advice for you. If you just come to make content for RUclips likes, then you aren't doing a good job. You should come alone with a cameraman and focus and show every detail inside/outside the villas you shoot for RUclips, and not just give a focus on selling! You have to get the attention of people who follow you to be followed! As a sales manager you also have to be more serious and wear appropriate clothes if you want to gain a reputation as a good negotiator and sales manager! This clothes you are wearing isn't for this job!

This is my way of bringing content in a simple and easy way. I want to be myself and not copy most of the others serious and robotic agents. At the end, clients by the property and not the agent. Also, many of the richest clients I have dress very similar, using comfortable clothes because when you are confident you don’t need to persuade anyone, the people are attracted by your personality and confidence!
@@zimmer.estates I don't criticize or judge anyone here by the style of dressing. Tastes can't be discussed! Because, a suit doesn't make a person! I just wanted to say, that there is a style of dressing for every occasion and place, that's why there are so many different styles for every occasion. Because, even in a reputable company, surely those rich people you are talking about don't go to the company dressed for the beach.
