The explanations are really good, but the pacing of the video was/is very fast. I suggest slowing down at key points to allow viewers to catch up and assimilate key positions/reference points. I had to play some parts over but the pacing was such that the key parts last 1-2 seconds tops. That made it hard to follow.

The only thing that can bother is when the knot get caught somewhere when you pull the line up, and then you're fried.
