गोरखकाली रबर उद्योग, रघुपति जुट मिल, वीरगन्ज कृषि औजार कारखाना, हेटौडा सिमेन्ट उद्योग, जनकपुर चुरोट कारखाना को मौजूदा हालात त्यति खराब छैन चालीस देखि पैँतालीस प्रतिशत मात्र थोत्रा अवस्थामा छ।
संघीय संसदको सदस्यहरूको लागि मुख्य मन्त्री हरुको भैंसेपाटी विशिष्ट आवासिय क्षेत्रमा निर्मित सुविधायुक्त आलिशान संघीय संसदको मन्त्री निवास को खर्चले त यी कारखाना हरु लाई मर्मत गरेर पुन संचालनमा ल्याउन सकिन्थ्यो तर त्यसो गर्दा युवा देशमै रहने भए, राज्य असफल नहुने भएन। भारत, अमेरिका को लागि नेपाल असफल राष्ट्र बनाउन बाधा उत्पन्न हुने भयो। नेपाली बंशज नागरिक युवा नेपाल मै रहे पछि भारतबाट भित्रिएका अंगीकृत नेपाली नागरिकता वाला हरुले मुलुक को विशिष्ट पद हरुमा नियुक्ति पाउने सम्भावना न्यून हुने भयो जुन भारतको लागि घाटा को व्यापार हो, भारतले त यस्तै यस्तै षडयन्त्र रचेर नेपाल आफ्नो पोल्टामा पार्न को साथै भ्रष्ट नेपाली नेता हरुलाई आफ्नो कठपुतली सरकार बनाउन र उसको विशेष व्यक्ति सत्ता संचालन र प्रमुख बनाउन हामीले सोच्दै नसोचेको धन राशि तथा अनेकन प्रलोभन दिएका छन। त्यसैले नेपाल सरकार नेपाली युवाहरु देश मै रहुन भन्ने सोच्दै सोच्दैन। युवाहरुलाई देश छाडेर जाउन सेना, अस्पताल या कुनै पनि क्षेत्रमा नेपाली युवाहरुको सहभागिता संलग्नता नरहोस्। देश वृद्ध आश्रम बनोस, अनि जातिको नाम मा, धर्मको नाम मा, युद्ध होस र भोलि जातिय धार्मिक युद्ध रोक्न पनि नेपाली सेना होइन अन्तराष्ट्रिय सेना भन्दै शान्ति मिसनको नाममा नेपाल भित्रियोस् अनि नेपाल सुडान जस्तै टुक्रीयोस र रुवान्डा मा झै एउटै काला अफ्रिकी जाती भएर पनि एउटा अलिकति चिल्लो र अर्को अलिकति फुस्रो वर्ण भएको मा हुतू र तूतसी वर्गीकरण गरेर युद्ध चर्काई रहुँ र नेपाल अशान्त बनिरहोस।
नेपाली युरेनियम, विशाल खनिज पदार्थको भण्डार आफ्नो कब्जामा लीउ र कुनै पनि सेना, युद्ध, तलब भत्ता, सुविधा, खर्च गर्दै नगरी बिना खर्चको कठपुतली सरकार मार्फत् शासन सत्ता संचालन गरी रहुँ भन्ने कुटिल कुटनैतिक चाल हो र कठपुतली सरकार उनीहरूकै इशारामा चली रहेको छ।

Sad truth, the only big reason is political Instability, if government wanted they could have focused on employment creation and provide different help and support , privileges for entrepreneurship and startups as nepal don't lack skilled manpower and productive brains. Where there is will, theres way.

The majority of my classmates I notice who talk about Australia, Canada attend classes once a week and when they realize about attendace and pratical marks' strict scheme , they are now coming thrice a week.
I don't think one with good capabilities and good marks in hand don't leave country after 12, they may leave after Bachelors. I am still Optimistic
