I just bought my mobile home in November for 9k and put 2k into it my insurance valued it at 17k so I’m happy with living “below my means” with lot rent being 437 a month im glad you made a video because this gave me the “ah haaaa” moment flip Mobile homes 😈😎

I found a mobile home that is ONLY $45,000, which makes me wonder WHY, but I'm wondering if like you kept saying, if it's just old and the walls aren't much. I don't want to lose money, but my thought is, as cheap as the place is, we live there even a couple years before selling, fix whatever is causing it to be so inexpensive (there are actual houses nearby!), then resell for much higher in a couple years. Is there someone in the community I can consult with, to be sure we don't lose money?
It is called Rustoleum Tub and Tile Refinishing Kit, search on Amazon....it works, the only negative is a really strong smell while applying it, open windows and use a fan

You put in a bathroom in a 55+ community and didn't do anything in the bathroom as far as aging in place (no barrier entry, grip bars, etc). I know this is a channel about money flipping but wish more people would be sensitive to the ultimate buyer in designing.

I’m new to mobile home properties, so is it limited to +55? Or is this an old perception? This remodel is amazingly modern and stylish. After seeing this I would now consider living in this type of community, even in my 20’s. More affordable relative to single family home. But not sure about ROI rate.

Why don’t you get your license again just to sell your homes and it saves you money. Just get a transaction coordinator
