Hey!!! In the event no one else has mentioned the fix for the translucent/invisible sims you're getting: 1. Grab Pescado's lot debugger (which can be found via Google search and More Awesome Than You) 2. When in-game again, click on the box (which can be found under buy mode's misc > misc) and go to "Fix..." 3. The option for "Invisible Sims" SHOULD be there: click it and BOOM, your sims will be fully opaque again!!!!! I've had this issue before too and the lot debugger worked at least for me! EDIT: A timestamp reference for what I mean is at 1:44, in case anyone doesn't remember!

Wouldn't THAT have been a thing -- Doona trucks off to college and joins the secret society to get her brother back, and said brother ends up being the cause of her demise. Irony at its finest. But nope, because firefighters are actually a thing in this game, she lives -- whew! Lucky break. (Also, be careful when casting the neutral spells -- they actually subtract points from BOTH alignments. Something I hope doesn't carry over to the Sims 4 version -- I mean, I don't mind having neutral witches, but you should only be one if you ONLY do neutral spells for a long time.)

Love this series, as I’ve only played Sims 2 though watching you, Deli & Kelsey play Sims 4 is fun too. I’m sure you’ve already been told this but if you hover over the aspiration bar (gold, platinum or red) it’ll state their lifetime aspiration and help you decide which career they would like to do and therefore which class they should be doing. Though you almost left Doona to die in fire so I’m not sure you really care about their lifetime aspirations! 😂
And if you play two or more sims in a dorm, and their times before exam differ: leave the one ahead on the lot and go to a public lot with the other for some hours; time for the one left at home stands still, and the one you are out with will move ahead - you can synk them up perfectly which is hella convenient. Especially if they study the same course.

That "locus" spell towards the end: if memory serves CAST IT OUTDOORS because weather will turn crappy and cockroaches will appear. "Corpus" is about body (think "corpse") and I believe the evil one makes another sim's body fatten. Good Corpus makes lean.
I had a few mods that fixed things, one was a mod that didn't let the test take place after ... 8pm I think? and also a mod that made it so Dormies showered before they got to stinky, or at least as soon as they get stink lines.

I also think if you grinded to get all the skills and friends you would need, you could get promoted in a day’s work much easier in Sims 2?
