To see tom sharr at 15 pulling huge tricks like that in a pool is amazing. When I saw that possible transfer I thought man if someone pulls that off they just won the competition. Pedro pulled it off but sadly after the competition was over. if there was a best trick that would be it.
This game is very activity play
10th anniversary?? don't think so - the SERIES maybe - but that pool's been around at least as far back as 2000 if I remember correctly

I remember when McGill first did the McTwist. I know because its when i first started skateboarding. My first real board...red stain Schmitt Stix John Lucero Bars x1 model with black Venture v3 trucks. Green Slime Ball wheels with German precision 608 bearings. Powell Gorilla Rib rails. Powell tail and nose bone. I didnt want all the plastics except the rails but my mom made me get em because back then that was an expensive skateboard and she didnt want me destroying it. I did anyways. The plastics did make the deck last longer though. After that deck it was game on. Had a bunch of decks after that. I switched over to Indy 169 trucks and any powell bones or santa Cruz wheels...didnt matter. But my trucks did. I had those Indys dialed in and whatever deck and wheels i had...them Indy trucks were what i stuck with.

To make this a better competition they should add time to the clock for every trick completed in good rolling order. Maybe make it an equal amount of time as the trick took to perform, so bonus for manuals and grinds and bigger air. Get those people off from the side of the bowl for fx sake. Then make it, last man skating, time the performance and give the win to the greatest endurance, the guy who is able to keep the clock running by spending more time in tricks than skating between them.

The only reason why red bull decided to cover this event is because of Pedro Barros, and their is the full version of the event that is on RUclips that has different spokesmen. AND TONY HAWK WAS WRONG, PEDRO BARROS WAS THE FIRST ONE TO DO THAT HIP TRANSFER. Rune Glifberg attempted it at the 2012 pool party.
