Is there any difference between VG setting and the settings that you have used by right clicking??

Both work the same way. I added patterns individually to demonstrate the changes one by one. You can add cut patterns to walls, floors, and stairs all at once using Visibility Graphics.

@@MTHREVITTUTORIALS if i change on VG its change whole project, in your method it affects only that particular view .? Or other section as well.?

@@sajeevan26 yeah I think you right. The change only affect the selected element, which is different from using VG
