Well no, not at all. In order for it to be literal grilled cheese it would have to be on a grill broiling over a flame. This is griddle cheese
that's common in Brazil too... we call it "queijo coalho" and we grill it on barbecues

It is food that appears on the street again because "Mukbang" is popular these days.
Many people see others eating which in Mukbang and seems to order them on the street.

@Daryl Dixon I'll bite. What kind of wood is that they skewer through with a wooden skewer? It looks like a pre cooked hot dog style meat sliced in half and used as book ends. That skin on the wood looks very similar to a casing.

Honestly, given that the cheese holds it's shape instead of turning into a burnt pool of ex-deliciousness I'd think not very long, because it's probably frozen.

Wondering the same thing. We have mozzarella, maybe provolone that might be similar but I’m guessing the Korean cheese is unique to Korea. I might go cruise some Korean groceries tho 😁
