4:49 to 5:37 - You gotta appreciate the understated class of the BATAHA custom shifter: where else have you seen a cool vertical rebar shifter? - Also, "so we gotta check engine light I gotta fix this thing shuts off after like 20 minutes" - But he goes ahead with the speed test anyway, because, well, he's BATAHA! Got to love it, man!
Why did honda take up half the engine bay for this obnoxiously huge air system? And why do I have to custom make a pipe that fits where the old intake was? The automatic trans cold air intakes kick down to the ground and are designed poorly. The manual cold air is located right next to the engine defeating the "cold" air intake. I had to custom fit tubing to have the air filter rest where it is functional. I thought aftermarket was supposed to be better on these
Where it is located on this car it is doing absolutely nothing except sucking in hot radiant engine air. There is a reason why the stock resonator was pulling air from the battery/headlight area. With him taking out the intake resonator he is losing fuel economy as well as horsepower. It slows down the emerging air from the engine which reduces intake noise and increases horsepower. But I wouldn't assume a guy that uses a piece of rebar for a shifter would know anything about that
@@DonKelleyMusic it will fit. But it will either drop your intake to the bottom, forcing you to buy the additional "snorkel" cover to keep moisture out, or it will be a hot air intake
4:02 - "Bunch of cheap crap in there - it's a pain in the butt - I just ripped it off"...BATAHA creed is; if it bothers you, just get an angle grinder in there, cut everything out and throw it on the ground. Problem solved...
It did absolutely nothing to my 1.7 but it looks and sounds cool. It's my Daly work car
best part is that this shows the complete steps to install one! thanks for this!

We all are👍 in love with civics....👍
So does adding a cold air intake to your car make your check engine light come on? If so, how would one fix the problem?
I’ve added a cold air intake to a couple of vehicles and the check engine light has never turned on
hellou bro i see ur video and my question is did you remove the catalyst?
Not sure off the top of my head but I wanna say an 8mm socket or nut driver for those filter housing screws ffr
0:57 step aside demon 😂
The zip tie my burn off throughout time.
Insane belief that this increases performance. It is noise only.
the biggest difference is throttle response
@@aaronkroeker2079 best use when turning left on lights!

wait, so on an automatic (I have automatic dx) if I want to put in the short intake, will it fit?
