I feel like a “caught in the act” but for an attempt could be a really helpful video for a long of people, hearing how much it can upset someone and how important they are can really save someone’s life, videos like that did for me. Glad to see you back and I hope you keep posting!💙

OMG you're back. Well if a great day hasn't turned into an awesome day. Tessa a message I've wanted to send but didn't. Now you're back I'll say it. Thank you. Your Audios along with others, gave me enormous comfort during a dark 2 years of my life. I was dealing with my dad's death and the method of death. Then I was hit by a car and left needing crutches to walk, then my sister died in a way that means I don't know if it was natural accident or suicide. We sadly weren't close but I loved her and I miss her. I battled PTSD depression and anxiety. This community gave me the space to heal. Now I'm through the darkness and in the light. I moved towns and can now hear the waves as I go to sleep. I will be off all meds for the depression by Christmas and I just wanted you to know how much your work helped me. I'm not exaggerating to say you played a part in keeping me alive. So thank you. I pray you and everyone here find the joy happiness and peace I've found. Sending much love
