It's the sad truth about the industry, loyal employees end up having less salary than the market. But all the best to him, hope pre pays all the loans asap.
I am positive that he will clear them soon
Been there, seen that. 😔
Well said
I have a hard time believing that any sane person would willingly earn less money out of loyalty to a corporate entity. I mean if it's a family business i could still understand, you may have a close friendship with the owner and don't want to leave. But loyalty to an MNC? I think a lot of this loyalty is just a matter of wanting to stay in your comfort zone and not take the risk of a new job, which may come with new problems, toxic environment, etc. And i totally understand choosing a comfortable lifestyle over a higher paycheck, I've done that a lot of times. But it's not loyalty.
@@anshumanfinance Anshuman bhai, i am following ur videos since last few weeks. It teaches me alot about personal finance!
Please can u suggest me a best app to track expenses?
Wow Anshuman went from making videos from Bangalore IT people to Intrivewing Google CEO Sundar Pichai
Bruhh😂
@@ezio-lazy 😊😊😊😊😊😊
😂
Hahahahahhaa..... Damn you!! 😂
Sundar pichar laughs a lot! 😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
His kids are artists, they blessed the walls with their art. 😂
Even I noticed that 🤩
Franly each kid is an artist 🤣🤣
Every ones kids do this at this age.some parents soldering.some. let them do.i appreciate second one.the wall can be painted again.but their creativity will not blossom zgI
This guy has a sweet life filled with happiness. Just has to fix his finances.
When he will leave the flat the owner of the flat is never going to Return back deposit amount due to abstract made by his kids.. 😂 Anshuman should also calculate this in his future expense or loss
This video was more realistic for 70% of viewers, as most people fall under similar income range as compared to people with 25 lacks+ income range. and he has more realistic problems.
@Pinnedby-Anshuman Sharma kis lye
3-4 things that I liked are 1st Children drawings on the wall, 2nd the Smile on Gentlemen face and his positivity, 3rd Anshuman advice 4th Dreaming big... 👏👏👏😊❤️👍
Very practical episode. Shawn looks stress free and very confident 👍. Be like Shawn :)
Shawn was fun
@@anshumanfinanceAnshuman bhai, plzzz can u suggest any good app to track my expenses?
@Anshuman Sharma HI Anshuman, I need your guidance in fixing my finances. However I don't want my you tube video as don't want the details to be shared publicly. Please advise how we can go ahead about it
There should have been discussion about insurance (both health and term) as well. Shawn being the sole breadwinner of the family makes it even more important.
Completely agree with you. I have 3 term insurance and the first term insurance which i took was at the age of 20 with my first internship.

To begin with I really really appreciate Anshuman supporting Shawn and advising him on positive notes as he knows it is not an easy path to sustain having 4 loans. In addition to it Anshuman interviewed the profiles drawing big numbers and aware of their lifestyle, yet he is so down to earth and accepted Shawn invitation. Furthermore,I really like the way Shawn carried the confidence and appreciate his wife efforts in taking care of kids.
This a realistic episode which can connect most people.. As many people comes under this category only... Love this episode n hope that person would clear his debt very soon. Hope to see this kind of video in near future..
The world today needs NICE men like him.
No run for money, no stress, has two children, listens to wife despite being the major earner in the house, planning to buy home - everything picture perfect like in 90s
Yeah..... Being NICE is the biggest sin in today's world.
Being nice makes you end up in the middle class anyways. I would rather be an asshole crook and rich rather than being nice and middle class
Nah both of the partners should be earning - coming from a girl. Plus why should we always put so much pressure into guys to be the breadwinner? that's literally so bad for your anxiety plus that 90's picture perfect dream is so problematic and wdym listens to his wife despite being the earner? every partner should respect their spouse. There's so much wrong in your comment geez.
Yes I am also earning 20k monthly...And I am happy with that I am not running towards...I am enjoying strees free life., ..as I am Also have 90's mindset ...have more intereste towards nature not artificial things
Partially right and partially wrong
Does anyone else think Shawn looks like Sundar Pichai ? 👀
Wishing him the very best ahead !
now that you mentioned.. i cant unsee it :)
Shawn is a very cool guy. Push little more buddy and don't settle for anything less , strive for more income and hopefully you will close your loans soon.
Very very practical episode which covers most of the people in IT, thanks!
I have only 1 and a half years of experience in IT and gladly I know this for a fact that staying in the same company is not good financially
Being underpaid is the most painful thing 😔
Trueeee
I was like why is Hema Malini commenting on here. Until I read the name for the second time. 😅
@@anshumanfinance hope so you are not underpaid 😃
I can see that people are genuinely rooting for shaun unlike other episodes where it felt like ppl wr more flaunting their lifestyles. Hope he lives a happy life!!
I appreciate and learn from the way Anshuman repositions the participants over their financial goals!
poor guy🥺🥺😭 this man is really struggling! thank you anshuman
An episode that most people can relate to, Please create more episodes like this.
One thing I would like to learn from Anshuman is his listening skills. He is a great listener.. Good job
This is exactly my story... thanks for recording this video.. learned lot of things
Will always remember Anshuman's line: I want to make personal finance a part of the pop culture. I'm rooting for you bro, khub aage badho 🔥
Most realistic episode so far .Love this guy's positive attitude though . Wish him all the success
Thanks for making these videos, I was watching CNBC Make It videos and always wanted similar for the India context.🙏
Fine episode so far. Shawn is cool and Anshuman is very humble in asking questions.Kudos to editor 👏
He is such an honest person 💖
He also looks like CEO of Google Sundar Pichai
Most realistic episode , common man ke
problem ke karib ja rahe ho , Congratulations !
Very Impressive the way he smiled and telling the truth, this is the truth of every IT person.
The series we didn't ask for but the series we need. Great work Man😍
You look like in the mid 40s to a very young looking 50s guy. Please take care of your health as well.
Companies wont mind replacing us as soon as we are not fit, only our family will be there through thick and thin. Be healthy.
Finally someone with whose experiences majority of the audience can relate to.
Hello sir.. 2 more ideas for u..
1. Better to sell your car and close the car loan and wait for 3-4 years to buy a car. Till then you can able to close all the loans and your income will also increased by that time.
2. If your wife is also graduate and discuss with her to get a job that will make a huge impact in your family 😊
India can’t be become China with women not contributing to our GDP. This video is classic example. If his wife starts earning, it could increase household income and also contribute to economy. We need to focus more on female workforce participation and policies related to kids daycare needs to be implemented by government.
Sometimes its better not to run for money ..if u notice those two kids they are in need of any parent taking care until they do their own chores..so the mother took the lead
Joining daycare at this age is like joining ur parents in oldage home ...its the most precious time for a kid to have parent attention ..
True
Not everyone will have elderly support or wish to put their children in day care
I discovered this channel just a couple of days back & already have got addicted to his interviews. Anshuman, a big 👍.
Its a very sad practice that companies mostly give higher hikes to employees marking a switch but they will never treat the same way with the existing employees!!
This is the best video I have come across finance and growth both has been covered
Good to hear your suggestion. Appreciated
Great video Anshuman. Learnt so much
This is the first episode with some good financial advice
Thank you Anshuman from bringing such a natural content
All the best for your future, Shawn. Wish you a thriving career.
I liked this episode .. It was very real and i hope all suggestion will help this guy.
I pray the universe helps u Shawn, u seem to be such a nice guy 💙
Such a nice video😍 All the best Sean, you are gonna shine!!!
Tunne unnu hogu
Most Indians are good in spending but almost 0 in personal finance as no school college or course really make them understand personal finance..keep doing good work Anshuman
these days banks are getting cheeky and not letting you close personal loans even if we are ready to pay preclosure charges.
this is one video i would like to watch.... this was helpful one
Such a humble and positive guy👍🏻
Best one till date hope his finances are actually fixed
Kudos to you Anshuman! You bring to us so much diverse income experiences. Is a delight to watch such simple and kind hearted people getting financially empowered.
This episode is quite relatable to mine..
My best wishes and good luck yo Shawn.he is a descent and simple guy.
If her Wife gets a job even of 3.5 lpa , I think a lot can change. Sadly nobody is focusing on this part 😑
Women usually take a break when they get kids.. and it will become very difficult for them to join their back job again..
Maybe after both kids start going to school she will start working.
Na, we don't know anything about his wife. Maybe she's not learned enough to get a substantial job
May be she took a career break to look after kids and recover from the health issues. He mentioned that he had his wife's medical expenses. May be she has not recovered fully from that. She may choose to help her family when all that gets sorted out. So can't come to any conclusions.
She can still consider working from home, do some home business.
I hope for a great future for Shawn and family 😊
Finally, he is helping someone much needed
That's the video we need ..
Very sensible video loved it
Shawn seems to be a humble and nice guy.
Ye TRUE.
Ver practical episode and Shawn is a cool guy.
This one was a good one relatable
So nowadays monthly part payment for many personal loans is not an option and also in most of the cases you can only pay 2 part payment. So save some amount and pay towards principal yearly basis. This will take long time but ultimately we end up paying less interest. Also preclosure is another option but you should have the remaining amount in your hand and in some bank it is only principal and in some bank it is both principal plus interest.
Never understand people's obsession with buying a Motorcycle and Car despite living on a knife-edge.
I always learn new things from these interactions 👍
Thanks bro for doing an interview with someone we can relate to
Negative compounding - learnt one terminology today. Eyeopener 🙌
This golu molu dude is very humble and always spread positive vibes.
My upvote of the day goes to him and his work 👍
Golu molu😂😂
This gentleman should be paid way more than for his years of experience. He has a lot on his shoulder.
Need More such tips on loan early closures and pre payments advice... thank u
I can see those scribblings by the kids on the walls in the background. Same as what my kids did at my home. Couldn't stop them from doing it howmuch soever i tried.
drawings on the wall took me back to my childhood😊
Love this channel and shark tales is awesome.
Children have done all the interior decorations
Good luck to this guy ! I enjoy watching the videos even though I’m in the US . I like the suggestion given and suggestions on living within means .
Nice Series, CRED on iPhone lacks a feature of not showing unfilled transactions of credit card which available in Android - can you pass feedback for CRED team?
CRED ke bohat better offers CHEQ de raha hai, 1% coins on every payment,s which translates to 0.5 to 1 RS. Cred is useless without cashbacks.
creative background !
Such a sweet guy. Unfortunately, these are the ones who get exploited
He has 9 years of experience and now he is on 13lpa... surely man he need to upgrade
He has said 13 yrs
And here I am with a CTC of 17 lpa living in a 2 sharing hostel at Rs5800/.
My networth is about 85 lakhs....
No shadi no bacha
Age: 37
U r the Man we need
No shadi no bacha is the best thing u have done in ur life.
Best financial decision ever.
Best wishes
Anshuman you r a nice person.. nice vedio buddy
Anshuman bhai patla ho gaya hai tu congrats. Lage raho. Compound hoke result mast ayega
Taking care of a family of 4 in blr on 60k is my literal nightmare
Thank you for sorting sundar picchai’s finances.
I loved this episode.
I dont understand why people purchase cars at lower salaries on EMI, when they dont have own house. It ruins every thing.
Yeah, buying a used car and using it until one is financially ready to buy a new one should be the mantra
Cheta... The LOAN with 12.5% ... so the balance transfer to other bank as more all the banks have reduced to 10.5% so as your 3rd loan similarly this can also be reduced so there will be reduction of 2% of your interest ... Plz tall to your banker
I love those walls at the back
Personal loans not allowing part payment . He can start one RD and move that once it’s achieve loan amount . After that your second rd for second loan with your theory . Little changes in your theory as per fact .
Bro just switch job again, 14.5 lakh is fresher salary.
Apply for managerial role, 20, 25 lakh is very easy
He clearly don't afford that car. I see it as Rs 10 lakh sitting in his garrage when all the while he took 12 lakh personal loan. It's financial harakiri.
Thanks a lot Sir🙏
Spouse should also be working , if possible. Even some part time work. Even 15-20k of extra earning is useful. Women participation in the economy is extremely important.
Nicest person I have seen for quite some time. 😊
Watching this videos, I give myself a little pat that I didnt make a couple of mistakes which the participants did.
Rooting for this guy!
Finally a practical and realistic episode 🙂
Having the same DP does not make it a legitimate profile... What's the use of doing all these fishing... 🤣🤣
I thought everyone is earning 50 lpa in Bengaluru
@@msdadsfsx Nopppee..
Bhai ko salute itna loan hai phir bhi 5 saal me ghar lena hai loan per..
I even have an emergency fd of 1.5 lakhs...working as a fresher architect...we know the underpaid thing very well...
Even i was one bro. What is ur current pay ??
@@Ayush-yn3np 30k..
Just a thought ( not an expert) - maybe he should look into re-adjusting his interest rate / spread if possible.. a lot of banks allow you to bring it down to the current rates , if you ask them.
I understand that personal loans attract high interest rates, but if he has 3 interest rates, there's clearly atleast an opportunity to have a discussion. 12% seems very high..
As he said his target is to save 10 crore till retirement , can you please suggest how much money he should invest in which scheme to reach at least near to such goals. That would be more helpfull.
