teddy is a cyborg of boxing..programs boxers ,mentally then physically..its an honor to watch this..think about this my 70s,80s 90s people..we would never have been able to see this so easily back then but today thanks to utube and internet here we are watching the greatest..just wow!!!
I wish i had youtube and stuff like this when i was a kid, i can imagine the type of fighters we will see in boxing and mma when this next generation grows up. I think it will be amazing and sports like boxing will make a big comeback. Just my personal opinion.
Great stuff! Used this to help with my 12yr old Don- to help him realise that this fight training is so much deeper than it seems and the lessons learnt here can be applied in his regular life. Thanks Teddy, great motivation for my son and everyone else...
Teddy Alice is a genius I've seen coaches work the mitts wrong. And that's a formula for failure.Teddy Atlas uses the mitts excellently. His technique is perfect.
This series and Tom yankello are my two favorite knowledge & skills video series on youtube... Shout out and thank u to the boxer in the video for letting teddy halfway yell at him for the betterment of us all. Beautiful stuff Teddy! so very few teach the deeper aspects and levels involved in boxing....These terms, being calm amidst the chaos, like the eye of a hurricane thats undisturbed while the violent activity swirls around it... to step back anad witness... these are things that any serious martial artist Should be aware of and Boxing is Also a martial art, the art and science of fighting...
I’ve been told I was naturally gifted on martial arts and what not but my aniexty throws it all out the window my legs will feel like jello my heart racing so fast I can’t breath I’m so nervous I can’t think it’s horrid so I try to soar and work out in public it has helped
Atlas uses the best analogy, his water in the basement is gospel, using flow state to channel subconscious to not think just reactions, many know the true power of teddy words and use flow states to achieve many things besides combat and slowing down time to fight using millimeters, some serious dynamic striking going on when chi is achieved
@@DynamicStriking I'm 32 a marine veteran. I've always been wanting to box off and on and finally gonna give it a try out here in Illinois! After seeing that 3rd Tyson wilder fight I said damn I have to give it a try while I'm still old and pretty and not old and not pretty lol. This guy motivates me. Love his spirit! Hey he should corner for Tyson Fury next fight! 👏👏
My God.. This is a disciple of a GREAT. Just imagine the Game Cus would give. Love Teddy to death, just wonder how much Cus forgot more than Teddy knew.
Kell Brook said in his Post-Fight interview after Crawford loss that The Americans have far better coaching right across the board. It doesn't matter whether you're a 9 year old kid starting, or an established professional, America seems to be able to produce much better coaches. That's because the coach learns how to be a coach off someone who knows how to train. Then he coaches others. Here in the UK, we have big problems right now as regards the quality of our coaches at all levels.
Mike was way more technical than people give him credit for. He was able to unleash those shots because he didn't just defend he moved into position to fire as he was defending. Mikes D was very under rated.
