The books: Klara and the sun by Kazuo Ishiguro Ariel by Sylvia Plath Breast and eggs by Mieko Kawakami A certain hunger by Chelsea G Summers I who have never known men by Jaqueline Harpman Paradise rot by Jenny Hval My work by Olga Ravn
I bought a book from bookstore when I was younger. It's Paranoia by Joseph Finder. I had idea of paranoia before I was diagnosed. Maybe now I should read it through when I'm feeling better :)
Ah yay another book haul video 😄 These are always fun hehe. Paradise Rot is so good! The authors other book “Girls against god” is also really good 😊 Both of them are really surreal. Hope you enjoy your new books! ❤
Oh thank you! I have hear about the other one as well but this one interested me more. But I will most likely look up the other one again if I like Paradise rot. 🥰
Hi Kimberly, I would recommend you to go through, one of the best books I read, which helped me not to take extreme actions and others, during my psychotic episodes. The book series is “Aghora” by Robert E Svoboda. There are total 3 books in this series, and I love the 3rd book the most. I hope you would enjoy reading them.😊
oh i want to read the 100 year war in Palestine too. its on my list. some really good recommendations thank you Kimberly. i will buy that book by sylivia plath.
It's a very eye-opening book! I Have learned a lot of new things about Palestine from it. Thank you for watching, Im glad I could give you some recommendations! 🥰
Hi Kimberly! The first book you showed by the Japanese-British author I thought I had read that one, but couldnt figure out the title, so I checked and it wasnt the one I read. I had read The Remains of the Day, which I didnt like. It was a movie, British, what I remember of it, I felt like it wasnt like the book in some ways, but was a long time ago, so I could be wrong. Let us know how you like this one, I'm curious if its interesting! LOL I started reading some Japanese authors, and I really enjoyed them. Thanks for sharing your book reads! It's very interesting and informative. Ive written several down, Ive got a growing list from your vlogs! Have a great week. More hugs! 🤗🌺💜💚🌿
Hi Mary Ann! If you like Japanese authors I really recommend the "no longer human" classic from Osamu Dazai! Great book but a bit depressing but also very beautiful writing! Im glad I can share some of the books with you, I hope you'll like the ones you pick up. Have a great week too, hugs! 🥰💚
@@Kimberly_Viktoria Thanks Kimberly! I will check that one out! Here's one I read that I loved by Hiromi Kawakami called, Strange Weather in Tokyo! 🤗💚📖📚
I only have like 3 vinyls sadly but I do own a lot of DVDs they're just tucked away in a moving box in my storage unit. I have planned to someday sort it out but I currently don't have the space for them in my bookshelves... Most of them are horror movies though. The few ones I have brought back out is Ringu and Ju-On since they're my favorites. 😊 But I do somewhat collect them, I think physical media is important in this streaming age we're in. 😊

I think Klara and the sun was originally written in English as he is a British author
Aa.. I guess I simply thought he was a Japanese author due to his name. Thank you for clearing that up! 😊
Can you do a video on your album collection if you have albums? Whether they are CDs or Vinyls!
Also, I would like a DVD collection!

@@Kimberly_Viktoria So you do not have any CDs?
@@finn_blacklaws sadly no, my cds where discarded by my father when I moved out.. 😔
@@Kimberly_Viktoria Can you name some of your favourites?
