There are instructions, and the manufacturer recommends installation by a licensed electrician.

Thank you for your comment. We would recommend running any air con unit off a slightly bigger capacity inverter 2000-2200 minimum
Cant adjust fan speed on heat
Air con on 16 C you must be kidding, got my on at 28C and it's just ticking over
