I have two questions;
1) How often do they revise the salary for employees? What is the percentage? Is there any capping in percentage like 10,20,30, 50 etc
2) How often do they revise the grade? If I join as a Grade-06 employee, how much time would it take to become grade-07?

Answer: Sometime years recently they increased the salary for all employees or some new after 8 years or 9 so you imagine. Your basic salary will be change if they want to increase but there is no percentage mentioned as per my knowledge.
2) How often do they revise the grade? If I join as a Grade-06 employee, how much time would it take to become grade-07?
Answer: Grade is something which is impossible to guess when they will change or increase. Some people are working from 5 years or 10 but they are still on the same grade. Grade 6 is already a high position and you will grow much faster than anyone but if you follow the company rules, bosses, orders etc. Do more and speak less type of thing you will grow.
As per your information, Qatar Airways offer salary +8 K for Store Supervisor. This is excluded Accommodation and Transportation or this is Basic Salary
Everything included in this salary... 8K+
Store Supervisor of QDF exis in which Grade, meaning 4,5,or 6

Offer to be Made status meaning please - my status was (proceed to E - Offer) and than it turned to ( offer to be made) after few days
they are preparing your offer letter in written form and you will receive it in your email.
