Making Flavorful Corned Beef Hash

Corned Beef Hash Ingredients
garlic, minced
onion, minced
corned beef
potatoes, diced
salt & pepper
soy sauce
sesame oil
Toast the potatoes until cooked, crispy on the outside. This will enhance the potato taste. Set aside.
Saute onion and garlic, then add the tomatoes.
Add the corned beef and mash, mixing into everything. Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add a dash of sesame oil.
Add back the potatoes. Fry over high heat to toast the corned beef for that crispy texture.
Serve over rice with fried egg.
