Fr it's not just on nepotism, fans are the biggest hypocrites on everything. They want players to take less but their McDonald's union is fighting for every penny. They talk about player loyalty but they change jobs every ten seconds. Want guys miss the birth of their kids but wanna take 1 year paternity leave. One more, they tell players to suck it up and play on a broken leg but call in sick whenever they stubb their toe. I got plenty more but you get the point
Sports, Athletics are totally different from the working world! You can teach anyone to read a script' Work in the accounting department or Mom and Dads Store or Gas Company! Athletics are different, It's a Physical and talent skill you're either Born with it, Or you work hard to measure up to it! It's not something you can just hand to your Son or Daughter and they just learn or Adapt too it!
