Thank you. I'll re-watch the full video.
Thanks very much ❤️🙏
Thank you will watch.
Interesting!
Interesting!
You know it's genius when it makes you howl with laughter as loudly as when you're watching an intentional comedy, while you learn. Mr. Tolle is truly a gift.
He really IS❤️🙏
Realizing that I am not my thoughts - that I don't need to listen to them, that I can simply observe them - is one of the greatest gifts I have ever received. My mind used to keep me miserable, worried, angry - every single day. After practicing Eckhart's teachings I now only feel that way sometimes, and even then I have a way out. I now realize that I create my own suffering, and that I can stop doing this any time I choose. I can accept this very moment as it is and stop producing needless suffering. The past has loads of regret, resentment. The future holds so much fear, worry. But Now everything is OK. And Now IS everything.
Amen to that my friend thank you!
Well said!
So, if you don’t dwell mentally in the past or future, everything is fine!
You only think about them when it really matters and that’s all.
This comment helped me a lot. Thank you ❤
Same with me😊
Always when I have the desire to talk to a kind and highly intelligent person, I talk to myself.
I do so love listening to Mr. Tolle's simple, yet profound, explanations and solutions✨
Mindfulness has helped me deal with my bpd issues, so much I'm almost a different person these days... Saved me from insanity... Literally 😊❤️🙏
In a sea of negative discussions, learning gratitude and uplifting tools is what all of us need.
Thank you Eckhart for all you do! Love you my friend.
This is so true for me...that negative self talk. Thank you Eckhart for speaking on this subject. Im not so alone in this. 💜
You are not alone in this at all, you are just like everyone else in this 👍
You are not alone AT ALL.❤️

Thank you, Master Eckhart Tolle, for your teachings.
Wonderful person ❤️❤️❤️ You've changed my life.
Self-talk almost drove me to the point of complete and utter insanity. It has taken me about 25 years learning how to quieten my mind. Even then I still have rough days where the chatter in my head can get the better of me.
Relaxing is a very powerful technic for me. I relax me who is in here noticing the mind talking and feeling the emotions
Keep it up
Mindfulness is our light where we can see clearly our egoic self talk..we manifest too honestly Sir..thank you 😊 so much..
Thank you Eckhart Tolle for all the knowledge
He's so cute 😍
Mindfulness is stopping the scroll and listening to him.❤❤❤❤
Love this man 🙇♀️💓😊✌️😘🙏
And presence is the bliss that happens in between your mindful moments. Thank you !! Eckhart
yes! exactly
Mindfulness is another term for Presence. Eckhart uses that word very occasionally because the word mindfulness is not the right word. Presence is beyond the mind and therefore there's no such thing as mindfulness or mindful moments.
@@nothingreallyexists7580 it's funny because he says mindfulness isn't the right word it should be mine emptiness because the mind isn't actually full. I'm sure his exact words were much funnier.
Perhaps a better way to explain my post is too say, that presence is the blissful moments that happen to us between the egoic mind chatter that plagues all humanity.
Perfectly said
Thank you Sir, Simple and True. ❤
😊köszönöm😊
you are amazing; Thank you!
I'm reaching for being in the PRESENT and going with the flow 🏄🏼♀️ but esier said than done 😅

Thank you, I've learned so much from your guidence. 💯👍❤️
Thank you ♥️
I love this! Haha
Please tell me I'm not the only one who uses the word "we" in self talk 😅
Or logical explanation of the abstract
I'm glad this kind of insight is becoming more commonly known. I learned mindfulness a few years back and I have to admit it is still a challenge, but it's also invaluable. I still have some very negative thought habits but I think they would be even more of a problem if I didn't have mindfulness techniques. I get very judgmental of people sometimes, especially in high-pressure and high-demand situations, but it's a relief to be able to see what I am doing, and be open to either a different point of view or to neutrality.
So very true! 😂
Marvelous
But positive self talk and controled inner talking is really powerfull thing and if you can control the nature of inner conversations then you have found the key. Aka Nevile Goddart
Positive or negative its still self talk, its better to remain neutral in my opinion and keep yourself and your minds thoughts fears opinions and ideas very separate. Our negative minds fear the worst, our positive mindset tells us how wonderful everything is going to be, but in reality neither our positive or negative thoughts know anything more about the future than we ourselves do.
Accepting what is, Trusting that what ever happens everything will be more than ok and simply being Grateful for everything, is the best recipe i know. Acceptance, Trust and Gratitude remove the need to think about anything you don't want to think about and gives you the freedom and peace to get on with enjoying your life, happiness and peace with your mind. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Buddha mentions 4 pillars of mindfulness: the body, the feelings, the mind and the objects of mind. Being mindful of the body is the easier one- for me at least- and I take it as the most efficient ground to practice the other 3 pillars. Breathing is part of the body and, by being mindful of the body parts, movements, positions and so forth together with the breathing, is the basis to practice mindfulness of thoughts. Otherwise we get easily carried away by the thoughts and emotions...
The self-talk can become ridiculous. I meditate daily. Sometimes, just thinking about what you are thinking about brings you back to the fact that you are creating a false reality simply through your thoughts and allowing them to continue.
Oh yes the part of taking to myself sometimes in a first person “ I “ and but mostly I would call myself a second person “ You “ and sometimes “ We “ as well and it is really funny and the example is very true cuz yes I have been there and yeah. Quite funny to look back at it and yeah that is all it is. Hehe quite fascinating.😂✨
There are no thoughts that need to be thought about,, just the same as there are no movies that need to be watched or books that need to be read. There are thoughts, movies and book books that support your peace and happiness and i can think of no reason not to enjoy them fully, and equally there are thoughts movies and books that will steal and cheat you out of your peace and happiness and i can think of no logical reason why you would want to engage with them. 🙏🙏🙏

I use the “we” terms when describing my actions and thoughts. I think customer service broke my Brian lol.
When I think too deeply on this it honestly gets me paranoid and I feel uncomfortable with it
사람 사는거 다 똑같은데 이분과 내가 다른건 .. 근처에라도 가봤으면...
Any interesting conversation subject?
🤟💥
There is another way of self-talk: WE...
Third person would be “we”
I trust Michael and the Source God to protect me from toxic energy, overwhelm, and exhaustion. And I know that Michael will guide me to create boundaries with people and situations that drain me energetically.
I trust that Archangel Netzah and the Source God will provide a breath of fresh air and new wind in my lungs as I finish difficult tasks at hand. Archangel Netzah will empower me to stay strong and resilient and reward me when I prove to myself that I can push through hard times to the end.
Nobody said this would be easy.

Sometimes I talk to out loud to myself.
It is thinking out loud. Lol
Alone too much maybe. Lol
I think a lot of people are sleeping on how funny he is
Eckharta is turning in to Joda
What if the voices were saying "he's doing this now" and "what's he doing now "
So funny cos it's true
“Deny thy self” - A Fisher of Men
Just discovered some people doesn't have self talk. They think in visualizations 🤯
No mention at all of the subject of the title.
what if you refer to "we"?
Self-sing is even worse.
I guess you could call that a form of mindfulness, but it's quite different from typical mindfulness. This is a type of awareness you could employ in any situation, doing something else. Mindfulness is more about giving all your attention (i.e. awareness) to the single thing you are doing.
In a sense, what Eckhart describes here isn't mindfulness at all, because it encourages distributing your awareness over different areas.
I agree, mindfulness and living in the present moment is a useful tool to use when overwhelmed by thoughts but for me its a pretty boring way of living,. I love using my imagination myself but i don't enjoy my mind using my imagination for me and for personally the secret to happiness was being able to separate myself from my minds thoughts fears and imaginary stories. The minds stories are totally harmless if we remember both that they belong to the mind and not us plus no matter what they are only stories that like Harry Potter and ET and are not to be taken as reality 👍👍👍🙏
Are you separate from the voice
Kendrick Lamar has this man on his album. 💯💯💯💪💪💪💎💎💎💎💪💪💎💎🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻👑👑👑👑👑👑
.... just 3?
Oh yes, these arguments in my head are worse than political debates 😉
if the third voice comes in, that s a three voiced fugue.
