  • Welcome to day 8 of the INNER BOOSTER yoga challenge by Within Yoga! Well done on finishing the first week! This is the final round of classes! Today we're working on a strength-building yoga flow. You may feel tired at times, but I will encourage you to keep breathing and push your limits a little bit more. If you feel it's too much you can also take an easier variation, for example. in a forearm plank, bringing the knees on the floor instead of extending the legs completely. If you need to stop, pause the video and take a few minutes to recover. Try to complete the whole session after a few long and slow breaths. Remember this is not a race, it's a practice of self-development and self-inquiry, so take your time and try to nourish your inner power!
    Our classes tend to be on the stronger side but we make them accessible for all levels. Feel free to take breaks if you need to, pause the video if needed and join us when you're ready again. This is not a competition. This is for you to feel good, move, breathe consciously, and be challenged both physically and mentally. You Got This!
