Neighbors are way too close. Always good to view satellite images from above, just to see the junk next door and down the road.
@@kookietherapy9398 - Maybe, but it looked like they had a long driveway, and that many cars at daytime means either a HUGE family or family gathering, or a commercial something like a restaurant. If that picture was in the evening I’d guess it might be a bar.

I think the issue keeping it from being 4 seasons is the water which he said is shut off because the lake is frozen.
Currently it is more of a 3-season setup. With some improvements, it could be a nice 4 season property.
I don't know yet but I dare say there's less than an acre of land with this place.But let's see.I hope that's not true.I hope there's a lot of land with it.But it's on the lake so I highly doubt it
Typically lakefront lots are fairly small, especially if the lot was one a leased lot, and is now owned land. This lot is roughly 0.71+- acres. A conforming lot by Maine law is 0.5+- acres so this is larger than required.

Well he is building quite a place, but it is under construction. When it is done it looks like it will be pretty amazing.

I can see this beautiful property being bought fast. I don't think it is overpriced at all. Good-sized lot; right on the lake; beautiful area (heck, beautiful region!); quiet, but still near the interstate; not too far from anything one would need up in Houlton or down in Lincoln; surrounded by great smaller towns; a sportsman's paradise; I could go on...
