    I like the idea of stir frying the flour! I always find it gross to knead the cooked dough with raw flour..but it seems to be the only way (e.g. when doing mochi). Thanks for the idea!

    上周做了,红豆馅的味道特别好, 但是糯米皮按照配方出来偏厚,也许是面粉不同的原因, 总之蒸出来太扎实了, 根本不好揉,放冰箱第二天糯米皮就硬了。下一次我要多加液体,让米糊更有流动性才可以。
