    But whats the weight of the ankle weight?

      Thanks for watching! That’s a great question! Once you’re able to complete a full knee extension without any weight for approximately 3 sets x 10-12 times with minimal pain then you can progress to using anywhere between 2-5lbs for the ankle weight. The one I am using in this video is about 7lbs!

    My right leg clicks a bit out to the right when I walk due to my spasticity (I suffered sids as a baby and diagnosed with hypoxia.) My walking is really well, it's just I feel tension/tightening on uneven levels/sidewalks. Does this exercise help ankle strengthening or is that unrelated to hip movement?
