We've had Charlie sauce in our fridge (it does NOT last 6 weeks - we keep using it up before that!!) ever since I got "Dinner" earlier this year. It is always the perfect sauce, especially when you don't know what to do for dinner - pick a meat, pick some veggies, pick a noodle...sauce...voila! Dinner is delicious.

I've made it many times for different versions of your Chow mein, and it's great although I highly recommend adding something spicy to it, like Sriracha or red pepper flakes.
