We just sold our little trailer. But quite a bit of money due to quality. The buyer came from Minnesota to oregon. He had the bank do the check and also an affidavits from bank and showed pictures on text. They drove here and after they saw the trailer, we went to my credit union and they verified the funds from bank. We also on side had them sign a Bill of sale that we printed from DMV. All worked out great! I insisted they arrive on a weekday. And they were wonderful people. We took them out to lunch. 😀
Mike your are on the Cutting Edge ... as always .....I was going to send you the link on the All Electric Travel Trailer....Glad you covered it today .... I really enjoy your program with Jen ..Thank you BOTH ......Appreciate all the Hard Work
Hello Mike and Jennifer. The video issues in NP’s I feel, is an attempt for the NPS to generate additional funds. I’m pretty confident that the opposite affect will take place but the NPS won’t realize it until they hit a financial hardship if not a downright crisis. We are fairly new to travel camping (more that your locale campgrounds). About 4 years. I’m pretty sure the RUclips videos that you have shared created the desire for my wife and I to visit the UP for 10 days a couple years ago. Other RUclipsrs perked our interests to go to Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Rocky Mtn National Parks. Because of RUclips we have on our bucket list, probably in 2024, to make it to Sequoia, Yosemite and Grand Canyon National Parks. New campers are still entering this community and thousands make plans every year for iconic vacation/camping locations, and most rely on RUclips to set their agendas. I applaud you for “not playing the game”. RUclipsrs aren’t going to suffer too much but I’m afraid the NPS will in time. Sad day. Please keep your episodes coming. Love them.
The fourth way to sell your RV is if you have a buyer and want to purchase your new Rv from a dealer. Have the dealer complete the sale. They can pass the sale throw his dealership. Assuring them of the sale of the RV, they handle the paperwork and save you the tax difference. The benefit of the dealer is they have the opportunity to become the buyer of your RV preferred service dealer and they get the sale.
I would have lost $6000.00 if I let a dealer sell it for me! Leave it on a lot for sale, and your going to be dealing with people calling all day and having to stop what your doing and go talk to them, also make sure to remove the license plate, and lock the hitch!
There is a scam to watch for. A fake company will see your listings and approach you saying that for a fee they will advertise your RV on many different sites. They take the money and run.

Yes, we have done this, too.
Love your new studio! Just a bit of an echo though.
Yes... echos always take a lot of fine tuning

I think they modify the rules and allow iPhone recording in national parks, and maybe even a single tripod would be allowed

Why spend $50 to stay at a truck stop, way overpriced, $15 more reasonable.
