I just bought me Klipsch RP-8000F's a month ago, for fronts and i'm really pleased with them. My previouse fronts were Infinity Beta 40's and i had them for 16 years, so i thought now was the good time for updating.. Klipsch makes more than rp600m's and rp8000f's :) I got these last summer for my main 2.0 setup. The unboxing went smoothly, because I watched this video years ago. sound is amazing. My Yamaha AS-1100 doesn't loves these.
Im trying to upgrade my system from Home theater direct level 3 bookshelf speakers that I have been using as fronts to either Klipsch RP 6000f or the RP 600m bookshelf speakers. I can go either way and would love your comment on if the floor standing is the way to go for a medium size room. They will be used as fronts in a 5.1.2 system that is used primarily for movies or dvd concerts. Don’t worry too much about that. I have always fed speakers 200 W per channel. As long as you don’t go crazy stupid on the volume, they will love the additional power
Very Nice 👍.. I have auditioned both Klipsch RP 8000F & Klipsch RP 6000F. I liked 8000F than RP 6000F overall. The sales person was recommending RP 6000F considering my room dimension and condominium. My living room dimension is (16x18)sqft or (5x5.5)square meter including dining space. Effectively sitting Area might be 60-70% of it i.e. (16x10)sqft or (5x3) square meter. Could you share your feedback on selection? Will RP 8000F be Overkill for my room?
8000F would not be overkill. I always think long term too. Do you ever plan on moving to a larger place? If so, speakers last for decades. No reason not to go with 8000F unless you do not have the space or they are above your budget.
@@patrick7799 Hi Patrick, yes, its sharp a due to its heavy metal guitar cover (In fact I am hearing this for the first time after seeing your comment ). In order to break in, I have been playing some or the other audio (say FM, songs from Bluetooth, movies, FLAC audio files, etc.,) on a daily basis for 2 hours at least at moderate volume in AVR. I guess pink noise would do to burn in a bit earlier. Please give some time, you yourself will be able appreciate the sweet sound from it.

This wasn’t a review, it was an Unboxing / Overview as the title and thumbnail says. I don’t review a product until I have a minimum of 1 month with it. Stay tuned
No I bought it used just to try out since I’ve not heard that system in my home before. It’s a nice setup but after owning 15’s for the past 10 years, a 12” sub doesn’t do it for me
I have the RP-8060FA with built in Atmos in for review. I’ll be setting the system up this weekend will be posting videos likely every day until the end of next week as I have the week off from work.
Hi if possible can u do a movie sound review using only 2 speakers for now and please give you true honest review for movies and music with no subwoofers Thx Two large or small speakers for test 1. KEF Q series 2. SVS 3. Klipsch Ok I’m planning on buying a 9.1 Dolby Atmos set up for my Gaming/ theatre Room & I cannot decide on one to pick I get 41% off Any of these brands though My work place but unfortunately they do not have any to listen to 😞 I’m planning to spend $6,000 on the whole set up. Which would cost way more, please review & let me know which brand should I get. As for Subwoofer 🔊 I’m buying a SVS 16 Ok thanks & Great Videos
Hi, unfortunately I don’t see how listening to two speakers in stereo with no sub and full range would benefit anyone except someone that only has two speakers in their system. Every system will sound better with a dedicated sub. I have not heard KEF yet but do like the SVS Towers but my ears prefer the sound of Klipsch. I compared them with the RF7 III and the RF7 III won hands down.
Youthman Hi I was only suggesting two speakers because I didn’t want u two buy a whole set up just to see what set up better Yes I actually like that klipsch and there really inexpensive as well I could get the whole set up for less than $3k So my Question is I heard the SVS height speakers really make Dolby Atmos sounds incredible So I was thinking all SVS or All Klipsch I really don’t like to mismatch speakers Subs are not a big deal about mis-matches I’m getting 1 ultra 16 ported SVS sub Thanks I wish there was a place to listen to both Anyways I do like that klipsch has Dolby build inside them already that saves space So my main listening is Movies & Videos Gaming no TV or sports
Youthman Good Morning My Name David nice to Meet you I live in CALIFORNIA I’m buying 7 speakers total Front Two Towers Center channel Two Height speakers Side rear wall 2 height speakers This layout is only if I go (KEF) The brand is all KEF Uni-Q series I can afford this whole set up because I get 46% off suggested Retail price. At Best Buy. I would love to buy the KEF Reference line but Best Buy does not carry them 😞 as for color on the KEF Uni-Q I’m going white . Now my other choice is Klipsch Front 2 towers with Dual 8” speakers and 1 Horn Center 4 3-1/2 speakers with 1 horn Front heights Dolby Atmos height x2 Side walls the 5 1/2 bi pole /Di Pole speakers All in Piano Black This set up is only $3k for everything Vs the KEF set up at $6k Subwoofer is picked out already I’m getting that SVS ultra 16 ported by Feb 2019 Ok thanks that’s really cool that u can listen & in joy sound for 90 days U might love the KEF But please test out for Movies Music & please test sound on video games Spider man Or Red Dead Redemption Or any videos games Thanks I hope to see your review on KEF I cannot wait to see the video and see how the movie sound on them Ok have a Great Day Youthmanj
Oh for sure! But not everyone has the room or the wife approval of massive speakers. I’ll put them beside the RP-8060FA and RF7 III for size comparison
It’s not a big deal.. I receive products to review, get to play with it for 2-3 months, make the review and ship it back. More toys arrive and the process starts over. I get to experience gear that I might not otherwise be able to.
I can understand if you feel that way Gary. There are plenty of people that do not like it when a content creator has sponsored videos. But the reality is as a content creator, I typically spend 4-6hrs per video, not to mention the cost of my camera equipment, lighting, audio and my editing station to be able to provide quality videos on this channel. I don’t know if anyone that goes to work and doesn’t get compensated for their time. By partnering with brands that I believe in, it allows me to continue to provide Free content and resources for all to enjoy and helps provide exposure for that brand and that product. Regardless of whether or not a video is sponsored, I will always share the good and the bad I find in a product. My character and integrity are more important than any monetary value. For example, on my Sponsored Marantz SR812 Review, I stared the unit runs hot and it doesn’t produce the 240wpc they claim. Brands give me 100% freedom on what I say, they are just paying to get exposure to an audience. The vast majority of my content is “commercial free”. The sponsored videos that I do accept are only products and brands that I believe in. I will never endorse junk and will not try and hide a sponsored video. Every week I receive emails from companies that I decline to do a sponsored video for as that product either does not align with my channel or a product that I do not feel is quality. I do my best to be transparent and upfront on any sponsored videos I make so that you don’t get to the end of the video and hear “surprise...this video was sponsored”. If sponsored videos bother you, you will know within the first 30 seconds so you can decide whether or not you want to continue. I have plenty of other non sponsored videos on my channel. I have owned probably 50 pair of Klipsch speakers over the years, am a moderator in the Klipsch forum and am involved in several Klipsch Facebook groups. It only makes sense for me to partner with Klipsch as I have always loved their product. Feel free to express any concerns you might have as I’m happy to address them. Thanks for watching.
Youthman I do appreciate that you announce it up front. I've seen others who never admit that the video is sponsored or try to bury it in the video or the description.
Yeah, I’ve always believed that you can never go wrong by telling the truth. I state it in the video, add it near the top of the description and check the box before I upload it that flags the video as “contains sponsored material” or something to that effect. I don’t ever want people thinking I’m trying to sneak something by them.

Im interested in these or the RP-260F.
Thumbs up! Sweet!
Thanks Dave
745 mins of opening a box. 1 minute of review :(
This wasn’t a review, it was an Unboxing / Overview as the title and thumbnail says. I don’t review a product until I have a minimum of 1 month with it. Stay tuned
+Youthman awesome subbed up. Can’t wait.
Thanks. I have a lot of other videos on the channel.
@@Youthman It's been 5 months now, have you posted a review?
Yes I posted the review 2 months ago -
Klipsch told me no piano black for the 6000,only the 8000!
Makes sense. Not much profit margin in the 6000
KW-120-THX in for review?
No I bought it used just to try out since I’ve not heard that system in my home before. It’s a nice setup but after owning 15’s for the past 10 years, a 12” sub doesn’t do it for me
Hi from Bogotá, Colombia 🇨🇴
What’s going on Fredy! Hello from the US.
If you are new to the channel, I recently uploaded a new room tour video that you might like. ruclips.net/video/9rQxNd1Lf38/видео.html
Hey @youthman, feel free to ship those babys over to my place :) happy new year buddy!
Haha thx Fred. Happy New Year!
Where's the review of the 8000s?
I have the RP-8060FA with built in Atmos in for review. I’ll be setting the system up this weekend will be posting videos likely every day until the end of next week as I have the week off from work.
@@Youthman that's what I wanted to hear! Keep up the good work.
Thanks! Just trying to balance Youthman Reviews with my full-time job, home business and my family of six. 😀
@@Youthman Very busy man...and we appreciate it! 👍🏾
Thanks Oldskool
Hi if possible can u do a movie sound review using only 2 speakers for now and please give you true honest review for movies and music with no subwoofers Thx
Two large or small speakers for test
1. KEF Q series
2. SVS
3. Klipsch
Ok I’m planning on buying a 9.1 Dolby Atmos set up for my Gaming/ theatre Room & I cannot decide on one to pick I get 41% off Any of these brands though My work place but unfortunately they do not have any to listen to 😞 I’m planning to spend $6,000 on the whole set up. Which would cost way more, please review & let me know which brand should I get.
As for Subwoofer 🔊 I’m buying a SVS 16
Ok thanks & Great Videos
Hi, unfortunately I don’t see how listening to two speakers in stereo with no sub and full range would benefit anyone except someone that only has two speakers in their system. Every system will sound better with a dedicated sub.
I have not heard KEF yet but do like the SVS Towers but my ears prefer the sound of Klipsch. I compared them with the RF7 III and the RF7 III won hands down.
Youthman
Hi I was only suggesting two speakers because I didn’t want u two buy a whole set up just to see what set up better
Yes I actually like that klipsch and there really inexpensive as well I could get the whole set up for less than $3k
So my Question is I heard the SVS height speakers really make Dolby Atmos sounds incredible
So I was thinking all SVS or All Klipsch I really don’t like to mismatch speakers Subs are not a big deal about mis-matches
I’m getting 1 ultra 16 ported SVS sub
Thanks I wish there was a place to listen to both
Anyways I do like that klipsch has Dolby build inside them already that saves space
So my main listening is Movies
& Videos Gaming no TV or sports
Companies send me gear to review usually on a 90 Day Review Period. Sometimes I like it enough to buy it.
Is your budget $6000 USD? How many speakers?
Youthman Good Morning My Name David nice to Meet you I live in CALIFORNIA
I’m buying 7 speakers total
Front Two Towers
Center channel
Two Height speakers
Side rear wall 2 height speakers
This layout is only if I go (KEF)
The brand is all KEF Uni-Q series
I can afford this whole set up because I get 46% off suggested Retail price. At Best Buy.
I would love to buy the KEF Reference line but Best Buy does not carry them 😞 as for color on the KEF Uni-Q I’m going white .
Now my other choice is Klipsch
Front 2 towers with Dual 8” speakers and 1 Horn
Center 4 3-1/2 speakers with 1 horn
Front heights Dolby Atmos height x2
Side walls the 5 1/2 bi pole /Di Pole speakers
All in Piano Black
This set up is only $3k for everything
Vs the KEF set up at $6k
Subwoofer is picked out already I’m getting that SVS ultra 16 ported by Feb 2019
Ok thanks that’s really cool that u can listen & in joy sound for 90 days
U might love the KEF
But please test out for
Movies
Music
& please test sound on video games
Spider man
Or Red Dead Redemption
Or any videos games
Thanks I hope to see your review on KEF I cannot wait to see the video and see how the movie sound on them
Ok have a Great Day Youthmanj
☝
Soooo tiny compared to the rf 7 3's
Oh for sure! But not everyone has the room or the wife approval of massive speakers.
I’ll put them beside the RP-8060FA and RF7 III for size comparison
@@Youthman everyone needs my wife. Lol
I wouldn’t advertise that if I were you 😂
must be a bitch returning them. unboxing great returns look work.
It’s not a big deal.. I receive products to review, get to play with it for 2-3 months, make the review and ship it back. More toys arrive and the process starts over. I get to experience gear that I might not otherwise be able to.
Sponsored video=commercial
@@Youthman Great Video. You've kind of set me up 😅 I would realy value your input in my Klipsch forum post. I am new to home theater and finally very close to ordering the rest of my setup. community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/188600-rp6000f-vs-rp8000f-rp600c-vs-rp504c-recomendations/
If you find the time I would appreciate it very much 🤞
I hate this stupid loud "whats up yt".......its crap
You could just watch cable. Just sayin.
Could you please review on different kind of speakers. Always Klipsch. There's no other speakers than Klipsch. Come on Youthman, change your taste. Very boring. Thks
