I was ready to frame-by-frame this vijeyo - I see YT censors doing their thing ;-) All of this is absolutely spot on, and a great addition to a RUclips University curriculum of getting a quad in the sky. But there's more... The flashing tool is also a great tool for flashing other firmware to an FC, such as putting Ardupilot on an FC the first time. Super easy, barely an inconvenience! But there's more more... Those abs _are there,_ just protected in a layer of finely chosen and cultivated bacon, waiting to be used as fuel

Are they pulling firmware builds back ? Interesting 🤔 I feel like a few things can be made easier I'm only good with numbers on a tape measure. Like wtf 270 degrees the uniquely smart dev that doesn't wanna answer these questions is also the one who started this. Thats honestly why I rewatch alot of these i get info in bits and it's hella helpful.

While I'm here, what is a bando? Is there a glossary for all these terms? And what does CLI mean? I know it comes before elrs but I don't know what it means. I know I can just Google all these terms but the first time I googled "what does elrs stand for?" the first answer said elrs stands for Express LRS.😅 Didn't help.
These are all great questions!! I had hoped to do a whole thing on my website with a dictionary...but that quickly turned into something impossible, lol. Lemme see if I can get these for you though. Flashing means loading new firmware onto the flash storage chip of your flight controller. We call it flashing because the chip has to be in a special mode to allow it and it goes into flash storage. A bando is an abandoned building, just shortened to bando :) CLI is command line interface where we interact with things like Betaflight with strings of commands rather than button presses. ELRS is the tricky one since it really is just ExpressLRS, lol. I believe LRS is a reference to the LoRa radio protocols it uses to get a ton of range at fast speeds without a bunch of power consumption and using basic off the shelf wifi chips. I hope some of that is helpful!
That's what the impulse RC driver fixer is for :) usually that works out better than going to get DFU drivers since it does everything for you rather than having to pick anything.
I flashed a new build with the latest BF and suddenly my fc doesn't tone. It lights up and connects to Betaflight still. Could it be this gyro issue? How do I know? 🙏🙏🙏
That is likely going to be that you don't have a motor protocol set in the motors tab. Simple fix luckily :) if you have a config backup, you can have a look in there and see what it was set to before, but there is a good chance that it was dshot 300 or 600.
I have a FC that doesnt want to connect to the serial. I did re-run the IRC driver fixer, but it sounds like you are saying run it while the FC is plugged in? never done that, Ill need to retry
Yeah for sure give it a try with the FC in DFU mode and plugged in. Usually IRC fixer likes to see the device in device manager before it makes decisions about which serial driver it loads.
3 pcs 5 usbC cables 2 usbc serial adapters one of the adapters is a known good connector as i am able to open up my other BetaFPV FC betaflight doesnt see the board, but I do see com5 in device manager.
Nice but it should be add it to goggles as free... How offen do we updated our vtxs? I will not buy this little deivece at least now. Maybe in the future... Currently Hdzero shipping costs are way to expensive. I don't know what has heppend.

My fc is getting hearted and unable to connect with my computer its not showing

To rule out a driver issue try it on a Mac. If other fc's are showing up I doubt it's a driver issue though.
