I want a movie written in this style, with this kind of group dynamic. Four scientist-soldiers in a serious, life-threatening situation but they can’t stop arguing and joking around. Comedy/psychological horror genre.
Mark walking into that room where they encountered the spiky guys, stopping in his tracks and just going "wait, something's off" was like a scene out of a horror movie. It literally sent chills down my spine and it was incredibly anxiety-inducing that no one else seemed to care.
What's so weird is they didn't ever encounter them before, much less know about the game itself or became familiar enough to understand the entity types or room designs. Markiplier is so good at what he does, and so trusty in his senses that he managed to deduce the game specifically making that hole in the roof and the new enemy type without understanding either. Goosebumps all over, man.

Mark has crazy accurate gamer's intuition. He immediately knew something was wrong when they got to the area at around 14:50 and the panic in his eyes just says everything. That whole scene had a cinematic nature to it and really made the video feel like a horror movie.
I wondered if it’d be a false alarm like such times usually are, but the fact he was right just blows my mind. He really did get a proper “oh no, uh uh” feel. Everyone else’s immediate “OH GOD WHAT IS THIS” after Mark started to say “GUYS WAIT THESE ARE ABNORMAL” was perfectly movie too

it's so interesting to see the dynamic they have that the four of them have- my friends and I have played this game, our strategy is really similar, but our dynamic is TOTALLY different. Like these guys all work together while we all do separate things, it's so interesting- even the communication between them vs my friends and me is so different
