    Omg dude I can't thank you enough for making this video. I'm taking an electrical class at my local college and The prof spent an hour lecturing about this and the whole time It felt to me like he was speaking a foreign language and in just 12 min you managed to make things so much clearer.

    Great job! I'm a carpenter by trade and you gave the best explanation of how to subtract the 5" on a 1/2" pipe for the 90 bend. Very simple and straight forward explanation that will easily stick in your mind when you need to recall it.

    Conduit bending has been confusing for me, my journeyman hasn’t given me quite what I need for on-site learning and I’ve only had conduit action twice. After watching this I feel more confident with grabbing a stick and having a go at it!

    Great video. I'm an electrician in Ireland, we use a different type of bender and the metric system. But the multipliers you gave for the offsets can be applied for us too. Thanks for the video. 🇮🇪👍

    Any tips on how to plan a overall basement outlet, switch, light , conduit job?

      well one 20 amp bathroom, a plug circuit and a lighting circuit. all depends on how many lights and plugs and how big the load will be.

      well I use the 30 degree bends. always multiply times 2 easy to remember. I will be doing a new pipe bending video soon with more info.

    I never had pipe bending school. I made a couple saddles just by winging it when no one else in the company wanted to do it. It wasn't tight to the pipe it went over but it wasn't too bad.

    just subscribed and gave a thumbs up, great video. i was bending some 3/4'' conduit today and it was a little tricky trying to get the correct distance in the bend , so let's say i need to bend a 24" inch bend i would just mark 6" then the 24" inch mark?
