'STARSHIP PLANET', another name for STARSHIP FAMILY, is releasing a special single 'LOVE IS YOU' for this winter.
Authentic vocalist K.will, Korea's top-class girl group Sistar, BOYFRIEND who turned into men from boys,
and Junggigo, Mad Clown, and Jooyoung who all heated up this year's music chart with collaboration!
Fourteen Starship artists present a winter-song to thank their fans.
Although they have different vocal styles in different genre, they come to sing this winter-season song with one voice.

スターシップファミリーの別名である‘スターシッププラネット(STARSHIP PLANET)’が、この冬を迎えスペシャルシングル「LOVE IS YOU」を発表する。名品ボーカリスト‘K.will’、国内トップクラスのガールズグループ‘Sistar’、少年から男になった‘BOYFRIEND’、今年一年音源チャートを熱く盛り上げたコラボブームの主役であるチョン・ギゴとMad Clown、 そしてジュヨンまで。スターシップアーティスト14人がその間応援してくれたファンへの感謝の意を込めて暖かい冬の歌をプレゼントする。それぞれ個性やジャンルは違うが、一つの声で伝える特別なウィンターシーズンソングである。

6 years after and it's still the best Christmas song Starship Planet has ever done.
Without me realizing Starship now had grabbed its place in the industry.. They are doing very well these days! It is home for many talented artists such as K.Will, Sistar, Madclown and Boyfriend. Junggigo is doing well and the newcomer, Jooyoung, he has such a charming voice! Can't wait for more of Starship's projects!

I love how Jooyoung & K.Will open the song, then clapped along Junggigo's line. then the Some T-shirt and Boyfriend dance to K.Will's Day 1. and K.Will being crazy about taking selcas are just... so adorable xD
but yeah line distribution.... I feel sorry to Boyfriend for their part getting lesser.. but I think Starship does try to fit all the artists to this song ^^ there are so many lines sung by two or more singers (if I'm not mistaken, almost all K.Will's lines are sung together with either Hyolyn or Jooyoung or other SISTAR members). Even the rap parts are done together...

Soyou and Dasom's harmonizing was really pretty. They had a pretty awesome blend. No offense to Hyorin but sometimes she overpowers some of the other singers. Like I mean dang she's good. But when harmonizing its best to not overpower the other person ya feel.

I think this song is a lot more memorable than Starship's winter song last year. They may have opened up their own lane if they keep up this annual winter song thing. As far as line distribution, come on people. There's like 20 people in this video. I'm a SUPER stan for proper line distribution and I think this was done ok(well, not for the Boyfriend members but that's to be expected because of the amount of them). Soyou actually sang quite a bit and I was surprised to hear Hyorin pop up so late in the song. Her and K.Will, my baby daddy, got the chorus because they have powerhouse voices and it was needed. As much as I get tired of Hyorin being all over a song sometimes, she was thoroughly needed here.
