Elite Dangerous: Dolsvt Skill Issue

I didn't want to make this video. I really didn't. I've been sitting on the first part of the video's footage for over three weeks. But, when someone decides to continue popping off, accusing entire communities of cheating, and then gets himself a big heaping spoonful of overpowered ship performance laid at his own feet, well, I have to cover that.
So let's be clear; DO NOT HARASS ANYONE BECAUSE OF THIS VIDEO. This is for documentation and telling the story of a cheat-cusator who EVIDENTLY couldn't help himself. What's the phrase, "every accusation is an admission"? Either way, we take accusations of cheating very seriously in the PvP community, and we look at the evidence very carefully. You're encouraged to look at the evidence yourself and come to your own conclusion.

Having actually made a cutter that does 535 m/s. The additional sacrifices needed to get to 540 m/s makes the thing weaker than a hull tank vp mk4

Maybe it was just a cheeky lad with some forceshell cannons making him go that fast? i mean i ve been in a 900 m/s cobra because a friend brought his all force shell cannon anaconda..
And i realize i ve meet a cheater the other day that was getting away in a almost 600 m/s vette.

No one was running any inertial impact or force shell weaponry, and that still wouldn't explain him going "shields up silent running" for 30 seconds with no dropped heat sinks.

I knew him he talked shit to me and about my squadron, I had pews with him on Xbox about a year ago. He doesn't know crap about pvp. I didn't think he would become a cheater but given the chance he probably would have done it on console to.
