This is good because she gives you little instructions throughout the exercises instead of leaving you hanging and wondering what you should be doing with your waist, back, neck, arms etc. Great teaching technique. The exercises lying on your back and moving your legs about was a bit hard for me as I have long, heavy legs. My favourites are the ones on the stomach.
