I'm really curious to see someone attach a windsurfing mast to one of these.

      Why?

I use it like wing surf (without foil) coz I dont really like foiling and have no conditions for that, and I is really cool. I think with windsurf mast it should be even more fast, so why not?

How would you compare the functionality of the 7'2 vs 7'6 vs 7'11 boards? Want a multipurpose board for SUP, beginner wingsurf lessons amd eventually wing foiling. Thanks in advance!!!

Sorry for the slow reply. The 7’2 has more volume and is dedicated to wing foiling so it doesnt have the windsurf deck plate attachment. The 7’6 and 7’11 offer the same features but 7’6 has slightly less volume (168L vs 185L) and is 1” less wide. If you want a board that can do it all (SUP, sup foil, wing surf, wing foil, windsurf and wind foil) then the choice is between 7’6 or 7’11. If you would like to discuss more please email info@azurewatersports.co.uk

Τhanks for the informative video. 1:25 - Are the side fins included with the board or are they sold separately?

Yes all fins are sold with the board. Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.

How can you use for windsurfing? Where to you insert the mast?

It has a deck plate mount in the middle of the board, I show it in the video. Its not an adjustable track but a single position threaded connection for you to screw the deck plate into.

Hello, thanks for the video! Would you recommend this 7’11 board for beginners wingfoiling in choppy/gusty ocean or something wider/shorter? Like 7’2/34? Rider weigh is 110kg, 1.98m tall. Background is very little experience windsurfing with 230 liters +80 cm wide board and frequent paddler with 330 liter SUP 34 inch wide. I would like to keep the versatility of the 7’11 as SUP/WINDFOIL/WINDSURF options IF it doesn’t make wingfoil learning curve harder. Eventually I will probably get 140 liters wingboard. Thanks!

Hi, I was wondering what size front foil you've been using with this. I have the 7'6 version of the board and was looking at buying a 1534 cm2 front foil (I'm about 68 kg). Just wanted to make sure that foil would have enough lift, so to speak.

Hello. I think the F-one gravity 1800 foil would be a good foil to get. That’s what I teach on and also my 11 year old son has been using that in lighter wind. I’d be happy to prepare you a quote for a gravity foil if that’s of interest. Just reach out admin@azurewatersports.co.uk

Thanks for the video. How would you choose the size of the board for mainly wing surfing but also eventually SUP if no wind? Thanks

The 7’2 and 7’11 are the multiuse boards. The 7’2 is designed mainly for winging as it is very wide. To choose between the 7’11 and 7’6 for SUP it will depend on your weight and what you want to do with it. It you’re above 70kg and want an all-round SUP board i’d recommend the 7’11 due to its extra volume (185L) compared to the 7’2 (168L).
