So is there a setting where you can use both surround and dialogue or they are separate settings ?
does the Bass, treble and volume reset to default values on power off? can it be fixed with any firmware update??
Hello. this one has no buttons for equalization .. you could write the best setting for bass, mids, etc. for various uses (music, movies, news, games). that would have been a great thing.👍

Hi.. i just bought the creative stage v2... i use the HDMI ARC to connect to my samsung TV... when playing youtube, it has sound... but not on netflix... after setting the audio on PCM, now the netflix play with sound... but now the problem is, after i off using my TV remote, the tv and soundbar will off together, but around 20 second, the soundbar will on itself back with the LED on hd... can someone help me... how can i know the soundbar its off? When i off together using the tv remote, it will show --.. after 20 sec it will show back HD... is it normal? getting frustrated.. 😓😓😓.

Buddy, if I use the BT-W3 Bluetooth adapter will the volume alter in the same was using the TV controller as if using the HDMI ARC cable. Sorry if its a daft question.
Hello! I believe so, yes. As long as you have it connected with eARC HDMI port, then using the BT adapter should work the same as having it connected direct
Hi, please explain how you change the Surround Level and Dialog Level as there are no buttons on the remote to do this. The only variable control is for the Bass and Treble.
Pause the video at 1:11, and you will see the Surround and Dialog buttons above the + and - long button at the bottom. When you hit either surround or dialog, you use the + or - button below it to increase/decrease the levels of each. Hope that helps!

Pendrive working or not ?
Pretty sure you just used the TV’s built-in Bluetooth to connect to that soundbar. If that USB adapter actually worked, the TV would be using USB as the audio out
in my headphones the tv was heard better than the creative stage v2 and the bass was not heard in the creative, perhaps it could be the microphone because in other videos the bass is noticeable

It's not the punchiest of bass's, but overall its pretty good.
It tested as:
_With the tone controls set to provide the most even tonal balance the bass has good impact, is a bit prominent, somewhat tubby and deep bass is lacking._
I can't take seriously someone who has the TV mounted this high. Are you standing up when watching it?
