    Great playing and an excellent piece that truly deserves more attention! Segovia was an important figure in many respects, but he also unfortunately managed to discourage some excellent composers (Frank Martin, for instance) and nice music has therefore been forgotten.
    We are lucky that some people dig out these pieces nowadays and share them!

    Muy bella esta sonata, que no la toca casi nadie, y José Tomás tuvo muchísimas dificultades para conseguirla, y cuando la consiguió después de la muerte de Esplá, le dijeron que era para arpa cromática, y él descubrió que era para guitarra, la adaptó y, al enseñársela a Segovia, éste la reconoció.
